Who are we?

Batao is an ambitious organization based in the vibrant city of Nijmegen. We work with a fantastic client base, including well-known companies such as Monuta, QPark, Babboe, Bunx, and TTP Concepts.

During this internship, you will join our sales leader to explore all aspects of marketing. Attend networking events, come up with creative new campaigns, manage our social media, brainstorm how to best leverage our client cases, and contribute to targeted website improvements. And so much more.

We are a fun and young team always up for a good time. Want to join us for the Nijmegen Four Days Marches, our amazing summer outing, or share your best jokes at the Friday afternoon drinks? We also have a great relationship with our sister companies Unbound and 4Fill. Whether it’s lunch together or grabbing a drink in the city, we’re always up for it!

Good communication and social skills: You are a talent when it comes to communicating and writing content. With your excellent communication skills, you are able to foster smooth collaboration with our team.
Creative and open mindset: You look for creative opportunities in Marketing. A little bit quirky is fun, pitch your ideas and bring them into action.
Experience with online environments: As a Marketer at Batao, you are the hub of the web. You are familiar with the basic functionalities of a webshop. Do you regularly place orders? That’s enough!
Multitasking skills: You are a master at juggling projects. You maintain an overview, manage your schedule, and ensure everything runs smoothly for yourself.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office: As a marketer at Batao, you will use various tools and software. A good command of Microsoft Office is therefore essential.
Language skills: You have excellent command of both Dutch and English, both written and spoken. Communicating with clients and colleagues in both languages is no problem for you.
Independence and team spirit: You can work independently, but you are also a true team player. You believe in sharing knowledge and enjoy learning from your colleagues.
Knowledge of Google: A big bonus is if you are familiar with online marketing tools such as Analytics and Tag Managers.
